C-SIDE implements the method for estimating usual intake distributions either for dietary components consumed daily or for components consumed less frequently. This manual is divided into four parts: an introduction listing equipment and data requirements; a description of the use of the software; a description of the output that can be produced with C-SIDE and an examples section. The user should be familiar with standard statistical and computer techniques and terminology.
