研究了农村电力合作社居民用电需求的特点,发现农村用户对价格变化的短期调整幅度更大,且城乡用电模式差异在全国并不一致,同时分析了家庭数量和人均收入变化对农村需求的影响。

Abstract

A simulateous-equation, partial-adjustment model of Rural Electric Cooperatives' (RECs) residential demand for electricity highlights the characteristics of rural energy demand and the tendency of rural customers to make greater short-term adjustments to price changes. The differences between rural and urban use patterns, however, are not consistent throughout the country. The model also points to how changes in the number of households and per-capita income can affect rural demand. In planning for the future, the cooperatives must identify and be aware of the unique features of their service areas, not only in respect to regional characteristics, but also in terms of the distinctive patterns or rural demand. 17 references.
