An Economic and Energetic Framework for Evaluating Dispersed Energy Technologies
提出一个整合经济与能量分析的模型,用于评估分散式能源技术与辅助电力系统的交互影响,指出结合两种方法能更精确指导政策,并强调分散系统应作为常规系统的补充而非替代。
A model integrating economic and energetic concepts bridges the gap between the natural and social scientists in evaluating the effects of an interface between dispersed energy technologies and auxiliary power systems. The limitations and usefulness of each approach alone are examined and found to be a precise guide to policy when combined because external consideration must be given to national security and the environment. The viability of dispersed systems and their cumulative impact on electricity demand will be a significant part of policy and utility rate debates, and will need to be decided on an individual basis. Research should focus on the application of dispersed systems as supplemental to, rather than replacements for, conventional systems. 43 references, 1 figure, 2 tables. (DCK)
