Privatisation in the Russian Federation: changing enterprise behaviour in the transition period
梳理了俄罗斯私有化的立法背景和实施机构,调查了莫斯科等地少量企业,发现多数企业因官方压力而私有化,且私有化后变化不大。
This paper outlines the legislative background to privatization in Russia and reviews the new administrative structures set up to implement it. The available methods of privatization are also discussed. A survey of a small number of firms in Moscow and in Nizhnii-Novgorod and Volgograd Oblasts showed that firms mostly privatized in response to official pressure to do so and that little had changed in the firm postprivatization. In the long run, however, it is clear that most firms will have to change their behavior if Russia's privatization is to be a success. (c) 1994 Academic Press, Inc.
