The Structure of Multiplant Technologies

Abstract Multiplant technologies are studied, with particular attention on the notion of reaggregation introduced by Sil and Buccola. A weaker, less restrictive notion of reaggregation is formulated. The relation of varying notions of nonjointness (plant, input) to reaggregation is also studied, and specific functional structures are identified.
