A Perceived Uncertainty Model of Human Resource Forecasting Technique Use
整合感知不确定性与人类判断模型,提出人力资源预测技术使用模型,并通过文献支持预测,认为该模型比直线进化论更能解释技术使用。
A model of human resource forecasting (HRF) technique use is developed by integrating a perceived uncertainty component (Duncan, 1972) with Hogarth and Makridakis' (1981) model of human judgment. Predictions are generated from the model and existing literature is examined in support of the predictions. The authors conclude that their Perceived Uncertainty Model of Technique Use better explains use of HRF techniques than does a “straight-line” evolutionary approach.
