Archetypal Social Systems Analysis: A Reply to Mitroff

Examination of Mitroff's archetypal social system analysis (ASA) reveals its hierarchical vision of a single reality and several of its key constructs to be inconsistent with archetypal psychology's dualistic vision of reality. Alternative views of these issues, more consistent with mainstream depth psychology, are offered. Analysis of a dyadic social system develops the concept of an organizational psyche. Mitroff's applications of ASA are then reexamined to illustrate the greater significance of the current view.
