评论了2004年美国企业领导力培训的无效性,指出培训后员工无法在组织中应用所学,因为其他人未同步改变。
The article presents a commentary on the leadership development approach adopted by U.S. corporations in 2004. The author notes that most leadership training being conducted in corporate off-sites is ill-advised. He explains that the intent of most of this training is to put leadership into people such that they can transform themselves and their organizations upon their return. The author elaborates that most trainees who attend the sessions find that the approach doesn't work well upon their return to their professional domains. He says the main reason for the lack of success is that though they have learned the “list” of leadership, no one else in their firms has.
