Surveys continue to highlight that most senior business executives are \ndissatisfied with the value they believe their organizations are deriving from \ninvestments in information technology. While most IT investments are usually \naccompanied by a technology implementation plan, few organizations ever \nconstruct a plan focused on realizing the business benefits.
