ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE PATTERNS OF PUBLIC SECTOR EMPLOYEES BEFORE AND AFTER IMPLEMENTATION OF FLEXITIME
研究了弹性工作时间对162名公共部门员工到达和离开时间的影响,发现员工自主安排工作日后,到达和离开时间变化不大,且迟到现象几乎消失。
In this paper, the effects of a flexible working hours schedule on the arrival and departure times of 162 public sector employees are examined. The results indicate that workers, when given the opportunity to schedule their own workday, deviate only moderately from their pre‐flexitime arrival/departure times. In addition, they tend to develop relatively stable arrival/departure patterns. The results also indicate that the number of late arrivals has been virtually eliminated.
