Time-of-day (TOD) demonstration projects have produced some of the most relevant evidence on the cost and benefit of TOD in the residential sector. The authors clarify an earlier analysis of Arizona's incentive scheme and find that homeowners treated the payments differently from regular income, but did not make significant shifts in total consumption as a result of TOD. 11 references, 6 tables.
