Plenary paper 1:Transformation of agrarian relations in the USSR
研究了苏联及东欧国家农业关系向市场经济转型的过程，涉及所有制、管理形式、合作原则及经济机制调节，对研究转型经济学者有参考价值。
The transformation of agrarian relations in the USSR and other East European countries is based on a transition to a market economy, different property and economic management forms, and a revival of cooperative principles for farm production management, as well as development of businees activity in every possible way. The new agrarian policy is directed towards hormonisation of social and economic processes of democratization and self-management of labour activities. Particular attention is given to the ability of economic systems to adapt to regulation by economic mechanisms, such as prices, finance, credit, taxes, and investment policy. The whole system of transformation will be realised on the basis of new legislation and differentiation, with regard on the one hand to the state governing functions and on the other to economic management and modern scientific and technological progress.
