Mechanisms of coordination in the Dutch horticultural complex
运用网络方法追踪荷兰南荷兰省园艺产业集群的协调机制,通过分析商品与服务流、连锁系统以及外部冲击响应,揭示网络中的协调过程、控制权与权力分布。
This study uses the network approach to trace mechanisms of coordination inside the Dutch horticultural complex of Zuid-Holland. The methodology proposed and applied combines the analysis based on the flows of goods and services, the analysis of the interlocking system and a so-called ‘shock analysis’ of threats and challenges. This shock analysis is a dynamic analysis of threats and challenges to the entire network and its most powerful actors. The way the network responds to the external shocks gives clear indication of the process of coordination, the control over the network by actors, and the distribution of power.
