Innovation in Structural Change of Local Government
利用诱导创新框架构建中位选民模型，检验影响县政府采用替代服务提供方式的因素，发现人口规模、税基、税收收入、农业税基占比及人力资本获取与地方政府结构变革显著相关。
Abstract An induced innovations framework was used to develop a median voter model to test factors affecting county government's decisions to adopt alternative service delivery methods. Size measures of population and tax base, fiscal measures of tax revenues, the share of tax base in agriculture, and access to human capital were significantly related to structural change of local government.
