The author offers opinions on international cooperation. It is argued that the traditional means of cooperation to address social and economic issues of cooperation between governments as exemplified by the 20th century Bretton Woods, New Hampshire summit meeting on international finance has become insufficient and that self-organized networks of business enterprises and citizens are now better means of social progress.
