POLAND EXPIRIENCE IN SOLVING A PROBLEM OF CHILD`S NEGLECT AND HOMELESSNESS
分析了波兰在保护儿童权利方面的组织体系，包括司法、立法、行政及地方自治机构在预防社会孤儿、儿童忽视和无家可归中的作用，并强调了社区和非政府组织的参与。
Some peculiarities in organizing system of protection child`s rights in Poland have been analysed and examined in this article. The main function of the judicial, legislative and executive power and local self-governmental bodies in charge of preventing social orphanhood, child`s neglect and homelessness, system of social institutions which help families under hardships and support children without parental care have been considered in this article. It has been stressed on the role of territorial communities in Poland and nongovernmental organizations in this process.
