IMPLEMENTATION E-DIPLOMACY: EU EXPERIENCE
研究了欧盟国家引入电子外交技术的经验，分析了推特外交等电子外交发展的特点，认为推特外交是电子外交中最实际、有效且富有想象力的部分。
In the article the experience of EU countries in introduction of eDiplomacy technologies has been researched. Peculiarities of introduction of Twiplomacy and other developments of eDiplomacy have been analysed. Meanwhile, Twitter-diplomacy is assessed as a part of eDiplomacybeing the most actual, effective and imaginary part thereof.
