STATE CONTROL AND MONITORING OF EDUCATION QUALITY IN THE HIGHER SCHOOL IN UKRAINE
论证了在乌克兰国家层面改进高等教育质量的国家控制与监测机制的必要性，分析了相关法律、质量改进途径及监测的理论原则，但指出实际引入综合机制的研究仍不足。
The article substantiates the necessity of improving introduction of effective mechanisms of state control and monitoring of educational quality in the Ukrainian higher school at the state level. Are analyzed scientific researches regarding: legal aspects in higher education, ways of improving educational quality, scientific and theoretical principles of monitoring the higher education quality at the state and regional levels. However, in despite of the wide range of the indicated problem’s researches, aloof as scientific object remains the task of studying a certain complex mechanisms of introductions in practical activities the state control and monitoring of the higher school’s educational quality in Ukraine.
