EVALUATION OF NGO TO SUPPORT DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES PORTALS PUBLIC AND MUNICIPAL SERVICES
以乌克兰为例，分析了非政府组织如何支持电子政务公共服务门户，发现地方政府、企业与非政府组织合作能促进公共部门电子资源整合，并建议资助方支持电子政务项目以规范电子公共服务流程。
Analyzed the evaluation of non-governmental organizations to support public services portals e-government in Ukraine, as an example of international donor organization. Proved that through effective cooperation of local governments and businesses through NGOs created the conditions for the implementation of an integrated network of electronic resources of the public authorities. Recommended other grantors, to support e-Government projects for normalization procedures electronic provision of public services, as well as the introduction of transaction services of local authorities.
