State Youth Policy In Ukraine: Terminological Analysis

The article reveals the nature of policy by examining its conceptual and categorical apparatus, terminological analysis to identify similarities and differences in the definition of policy, state policy, youth provided by domestic scientists according to the current transformation processes in Ukrainian society. To clarify the nature of policy in our country it was analyzed definitions and terms which characterize it, and represented by various scientists. In this article the attention is paid to the analysis of conceptual-categorical apparatus of policy by experts from the science of Public Administration.
