Emerging From the Black Box:AMLE's Continuing Influences on Its Newest Past Editor
作者回顾担任《管理学习与教育》期刊编辑的经历,阐述该期刊如何影响其教学、学术研究及作为研究守门人的角色,并呼吁提升教育研究在商学院中的地位。
Having recently completed my term as AMLE editor, I find the experience's influence on me as an educator and scholar to be both highly intertwined and continuing to unfurl. I describe how the journal has influenced my teaching through providing course content and insights into process, particularly for on-line courses. I then discuss articles that have most influenced my thinking as a management educator, a management education scholar, and as a gatekeeper for management learning and education research. I conclude with some hopes that AMLE will elevate the status of learning and education research throughout business schools and a call to consider our research methods more thoroughly.
