Planning Strategies for Port Logistical Hub Area Based on Multimodal Transportation:A Case Study of Zhenhai Bulk Purchase Port,Ningbo
以宁波镇海港为例，探讨了多式联运港口物流枢纽的功能结构、产业升级和空间规划，指出该枢纽是连接港口运输与城市服务的关键，能推动高端生产性服务业发展，促进港城功能升级。
This paper mainly discusses function structure,logistical industry upgrading,spatial planning and governance of port logistical hub area based on multimodal transportation,through the case of Zhenhai Ningbo port,and concludes that multimodal transportation logistical hub area of a port is the link of the port transportation and the city service function,which integrates the multi-flows of logistics,people,business,funds and information.This hub is an important engine to promote the developing of high-order producer's service which could drive the city to take a functional upgrading.The detailed spatial plan should have a comprehensive arrangement of transportation,storage,logistic value-added service and markets,aiming to improve the efficiency of port-city interaction.
