Research on the Inclusive Development of Tourism in the Perspective of Internet Public Opinion——Case Study on Tickets Policy of Phoenix Ancient City in Hunan
基于400篇网络文本分析凤凰古城门票政策，发现改革不透明会损害公众利益并引发负面舆情，提出包容性发展模式以平衡各方利益、减少冲突。
Based on 400 web texts content that analyzing about the tickets policy of phoenix ancient city in Hunan province in China, we find out the local government would not achieve the understand and support from masses and tourists when the process of reform is not transparent to the public and rational scientific during the tourism reformation. In this situation, when the local people's and tourists' interest is impaired, they will tend to use negative words to query on the reformation policy of local government tourism. In the queries, the government public management function and benefit distribution system has become the key of the questions. The negative words in the questions are going against the credibility of local government and creating the crisis of the image of government. In view of this, we put forward to use the mode of inclusive development of tourism to guide the local government in tourism reform plan design, the public, on a trial basis, and in practice. Its aims are opening and transparent, balancing the interests of all parties, reducing the conflicts of reform and promoting the development of local tourism stably.
