New Sunan Urbanization Model and its Dynamics:A Case Study of Changzhou
以常州为例，研究了新苏南模式的特征，包括高新技术产业和服务业快速发展、多种所有制经济并存、企业进入工业园区以及快速城市化趋势，并探讨了其发展动力和运行机制。
Since the end of 1980s and the beginning of 1990s,Jiangsu Southern area(Sunan)model with the features of collectivity ownership and township and village enterprises has undergone a complete transformation.The new Sunan model has formed,whose features are as follows:the rapid development of high-tech industry and service industry;the development economy of different types of ownership including FDI economy and private economy;enterprises entering new industrial parks;and the trend of rapid urbanization,etc.Taking Changzhou as an example,the paper explores the features of new Sunan model.Then the paper probes into new Sunan model from the aspect of the development impetus and running mechanism.
