REVIEW ON STUDY FOR AGRO-LAND CLASSIFICATION AND GRADATION IN CHINA
梳理了中国农用地分类与定级的概念、方法及问题，总结了三种代表性方法（限制因素法、模拟作物产量法、综合指数法），并提出了改进建议，适合土地管理、农业规划等领域研究者参考。
Agro-land classification and gradation is comparatively complicated. Researchers lucubrate the theory and approach on agro-land classification and gradation in China, but they aren't unanimous to the method and result of agro-land classification and gradation, and can't define the concepts definitely or equate classification and gradation sometimes. Though the concept and technical route of agro-land gradation are prescribed in the regulations on agro-land gradation and classification,there are many problem in logic. This paper analyzes the concept and connotation detailedly, reviews Chinese research on land evaluation, and discusses the purpose of agro-land classification and gradation. Agro-land managing, planning, taxation reforming is the main evaluation purpose at present. The authors sum up three most representative methods on agro-land classification and gradation in China. They are: (1) The method of limiting factors; (2) The methods of simulated crop production; (3) The method of synthetic exponent. This paper puts forward some suggestion on the problem of agro-land classification and gradation, intends to provide criterion for agro-land classification and gradation, and discusses indexes choosing and approach of coefficient calculating and the application of new method and technical route. It is extremely essential that the result of agro-land classification and gradation integrate others result of land evaluation.
