The Change of Economic Efficience in the Infrastructure of Small Cities
使用DEA模型分析关中地区小城市基础设施的经济效率趋势，发现效率下降，需改革投融资和政府体制。
The investment on infrastructure is a main part in total fixed asset investment,and is also a important driver for economic growth in China.But there is few literatures to study the economic efficiency of infrastructure.The paper used DEA model to study the trend in the efficiency by the data of Guanzhong little cities.The conclusion is that the efficiency trended to less,so it is necessitous to reform the investment and financing system and government system of infrastructure.
