TO BUILD LEARNING NETWORK OF INDUSTRY CLUSTER: AN ACTOR NETWORK THEORY PERSPECTIVE
针对产业集群学习能力提升的两种对立观点，本文基于行动者网络理论，构建包含企业、组织、物质和概念的异质行动者网络，并给出通过行动者转译促进知识增长、交流与创新的建议。
There are two opposite views about how to improve the learning and creative ability of industry cluster.One thinks that local network is important and the other takes for outer networks.In fact,nexus of local and outer networks is a more effective form.Based on the analysis about the process of learning in industry cluster,the paper uses actor network theory which comes from the field of sociology;try to build a heterogeneous actor network that includes company,organizations,substance and concepts.In the end,the paper gives some advice about how to increase knowledge,promote intercommunion and inspire innovation through actor’s translation.
