该文回顾了1978年改革开放以来中国农房建设的演变特征，分析了农民建房行为变化、农房建设趋势及其对社会经济发展的影响，并提出了健康可持续发展的建议。
Characteristics of evolution in farm house building were first stated since the reform and opening-up policy in 1978.Then,emphasis was given to topics of changes of farmers' behavior when building houses,trend of farm house building and effects of massive farm house building on development of society and economy.It was advised on how to make healthy and continuable development in farm house building in the end.
