RESEARCH ON VULNERABILITY AND COUNTERMEASURE OF SOCIAL SYSTEM OF LIAOYUAN CITY
分析了1990-2007年辽源市社会系统的脆弱性、敏感性和恢复力变化，发现脆弱性下降、恢复力波动上升，并提出了改善社会保障、加强城市环境等对策。
Analyses the characteristic and influencing factor vulnerability,takes a case study on Liaoyuan city in Jilin province.The vulnerability,sensibility and resilience of social system of Liaoyuan city is evaluated on the base of 18 evaluation samples from 1990 to 2007.The results show that: the sensibility and vulnerability is decreasing and the resilience is increasing in wave style in the whole development process.The process is divided in three stages: the stage of the high vulnerability with high sensibility and low resilience from 1990 to 1997;the stage of the moderate vulnerability with high sensibility and moderate resilience from 1998 to 2002;the stage of the low vulnerability with moderate sensibility and high resilience from 2003 to 2007.Finally,the paper put forward the countermeasures of social system vulnerability of Liaoyuan city: improving the social security system;strengthening urban environment for social development;embrace new ideas,and foster the image of urban culture;efforts to attract high-quality human capital etc.
