RESEARCH ON SPATIAL POLARIZATION AND SIMULATION OF ECONOMIC GROWTH IN BEIJING-TIANJIN-HEBEI METROPOLITAN REGION
利用极化指数和GIS空间分析，模拟了1993-2007年京津冀都市圈的经济极化趋势，发现经济中心80公里处为发展低谷，北京和天津是两大增长极，与河北差距显著。
After the economic polarization is computed by polarization index from 1993 to 2007 in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Metropolitan Region,it is simulated by using the spatial analysis of GIS.Economic polarization is analyzed from spatio-temporal coupling perspective in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Metropolitan Region.Some conclusions can be drawn as follows: ①Economic polarization has an increase trend from 1993 to 2007 in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Metropolitan Region.② Economic change from economic center to periphery does not obey the rule of distance decay,and 80 km away from economic center is the lowest point of economic development.③ By three-dimensional trend surface of economic development,it can be concluded that the Beijing city and Tianjin city are two big growth poles in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Metropolitan Region,which have big gap with Hebei in economy.
