Technological Innovation,Development Stage and Technological Strategic Choice——Takeing Taiwan Late-developing Technological Development Strategy for Example
研究了技术发展战略需与经济发展阶段匹配，以台湾为例说明后发战略成功实现经济赶超后，因惯性导致技术繁荣与经济衰退并存的悖论，对大陆科技体制改革有借鉴意义。
Technological development strategy of one country or area should match the periodic request of economic development.Using the Late-Developing Technological Development Strategy,Taiwan area reaches the target of mainland in 2020 in a short run and successes in economic overtakes.Thereafter because of the inertial of technological development strategy,Taiwan continues the Late-Developing Technological Development Strategy,which brings out the paradox of economic depression and the prosperity in techology.On one hand,this proves that o the necessity of the matching between technological development strategy and economic development,on the other hand,it can be used for reference in mainland,such as scientific and technical system reform or building the idex system for an innovation-oriented country.
