调查了大连经历过房屋拆迁改造的居民，发现不同时期和社会属性的人群对拆迁改造的评估和宜居城市认知存在显著差异，原因在于高房价使人们难以承受二次购房成本。
In recent years,China has achieved sustainable and rapid economic development,the urbanization process is accelerating,and more and more governments have proposed the concept of building city.In the process of urbanization and building livable cities,it is inevitably involve the issue of housing demolition and renovation.The article through surveys the people who have experienced housing demolition and renovation,and learn more about their assessment of urban housing demolition and renovation,and the cognitive of livable city construction and urban house demolition.The conclusion is that the assessment of housing demolition and renovation,and the cognitive are significantly different in different period and different social attributes.The reason is that the current high house prices make people unbearable the cost of second home ownership.Therefore,the Government should continue to regulate commercial housing price,while increasing the supply of affordable housing and low-cost housing.
