COMPARISON AND THOUGHT OF DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL ECONOMY IN RURAL AREAS

Rural areas have really been developed greatly since carrying out reforms and opening, but they still haven't been lifted out of backwardness and poverty in our country. The development of economy in vast rural areas have hesitated to press forward for many years and the peasant lives still haven't been improved thoroughly and completely because of the one-side understanding of countryside reforms. At the same time, the rural areas, which practice collective economy as a dominant form, have displayed thriving vitality and powerful tendency. These two forms of productive organization have formed a sharp contrast. The reason is that the former is to distribute the lands to families and let things drift, but the latter is to practice the collective economy as a dominant form of productive organization. Conditions of development vary somehow in different forms of productive organization, which leaves us a heavy thought-how to exactly develop the rural economy in our country.
