Public Consultation during Prophase of Master Planning: Practice and Exploration A Case of Chaohu City
本文以巢湖市为例，探讨了总体规划前期公众咨询的实践，主张将咨询结果总结为技术原则和规划要求，并讨论了咨询的方法特点。
As an important stage of public participation in master planning,public consultation has been widely carried out in recent years in China.These activities,however,haven't been summarized in detail yet.By introducing the case that practiced in Chaohu city,the paper argued that the result of public consultation can/should been summarized as part of technical principles and planning requirements in planning.Some methodological characteristics of the consultation are also discussed.
