Influence of Construction Land Expansion to Sustainable Economic Growth Ability
基于索洛增长模型和1998-2008年中国省级面板数据，研究发现建设用地扩张对单位资本产出有显著负向影响，从而降低了经济增长率和增长空间，建议在经济转型期严格控制建设用地扩张。
The purpose of this paper was to study influence of construction land expansion to sustainable economic growth ability,firstly analyzed the key indicators which indicated the sustainable economic growth ability based Solow growth model,and secondly analyzed the influence of construction land scale to the key indicators through regression analysis of China's 1998-2008 provincial panel dates to infer influence of construction land expansion to sustainable economic growth ability.The results show that: Unit capital output was an important index of sustainable economic growth ability in Solow growth model,decided the economic growth rate and growth space;the construction land amount had a significant negative influence to unit capital output level during 1998-2008 in China,indicating that construction land expansion reduced economic growth rate and growth space.The paper considered China should be tight control the construction land expansion especially in economic transition period to reduce the reliance of economic growth on land resources,in order to promote technological progress and force pattern of economic growth to change.
