Geographic Entity Division and Functions Identification Oriented Comprehensive Regionalization
提出基于本体论将空间要素分为八类地理实体，并划分十四种空间功能，建立实体与功能的多对多网络关系，为综合区划和国土空间规划提供新思路。
Comprehensive regionalization is a very important approach to overall planning all kinds of resources, and achieving the optimized pattern of development and ecological environment protection. It is also the significant basis of spatial policy-making. By the usage of ontology, in the first part, all the situational factors in space are divided into eight major geographic entities, which are farmland, water, forest, grassland, energy and mineral resources, city and industry,transportation, and nature reserve. In the second part, the authors divide spatial functions into fourteen types in case of produce- life- ecology, then the many- to- many network relationship among geographic entities and functions are established. After analyzing the mechanism of function exertion by geographic entities in space, the paper explores the basic thinking of adjustment and optimization to functions in the future. Ultimately the author put forward preliminary ideas about elementary framework of comprehensive regionalization in four parts: regionalization objects and evaluation unit, index system of function assessment, regionalization methods, cohesion and integration among comprehensive regionalization and single topic regionalizations. The work of this paper looks forward to bring some new ideas for both theoretical research and practical applications in spatial comprehensive regionalization and territory special planning in the future.
