Change of Urban Lifestyle and Land Use
基于北京、上海、广州、深圳的问卷调查数据，用结构方程模型分析新移民的自我价值变化如何影响其生活方式和城市土地利用，发现三者之间存在关联，建议公共政策增加人文关怀以优化土地利用。
Based on the perspective of urban sociology,theoretical assumptions,questionnaire and structural equation modeling(SEM) were used to study the relationship between the self-value of new immigrants,their lifestyle,and local land use,questionnaire survey data from Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Shenzhen,The result shows:(1) the self-value would be changed after the new residents moved to urban areas,(2) The change of value system would influence lifestyle and the utilization of urban land,(3) the lifestyle of urban residents would affect the way of urban land use,(4) there was a connection between lifestyle and urban land use.Therefore,in order to optimize the structure of urban land use,it was important to increase humanism care in public policy and guide positive urban lifestyles.
