THE EXPLOITATION OF URBAN LAND-USE IN TOKYO AND THE ILLUMINATION FOR CITIES IN CHINA
计算东京23个区和所有市及其他农村地区的信息熵值和均衡度，并与中国10个主要城市比较，发现中国城市工业用地比例过高，城市土地利用应与城市功能匹配以充分利用级差地租。
The information entropy value(H-value) and equilibrium extent of 23 ku and all shi with other rural areas in Tokyo is calculated in the paper. We concern the relationship between urban land-use and industry development. As also compared with the information entropy value and equilibrium extent of 10 main cities in China, it is exploited that the proportion of industrial (manufacture) land use in the cities of china are too greater for urban areas. Urban land-use should be matching with the function of the city so as to make full use of the hierarchy rent in the urban areas.
