ANALYSIS AND DESIGN OF THE EVALUATION FRAMEWORK FOR INDUSTRIAL CLUSTER COMPETITIVENESS
提出一种从影响因素到系统结构分解的方法论原则，构建包含12个主导因素、46个子因素和97个可测指标的竞争力指标体系，并验证其可行性和优势。
To evaluate the competitiveness of industry cluster scientifically and completely is not only beneficial to the industry to develop soundly,but also important to the promotion of competitiveness of the enterprises,the region and the whole nation.According to the general property of competitiveness assessment,a methodology principle,named as from the influencing subjects to the decomposition of the system structure,is put forward to guide the designation of competitiveness index system.This index system includes a set of indicators covering 12 predominant factors,46 sub-factors and 97 measurable items.To analyze the index weights,the definition of cluster scale,collecting data and the related methods shows that this index system has an advantageous and feasible application.
