Polycentric is the main tendency of region and urban development,and the relationship of polycentric is the important factor of affecting regional coordinated sustainable development.Based on regional symbiosis theory analysis,analyzed regional polycentric symbiosis mechanism,structure and model,and put forward regional polycentric nested symbiosis model;And took Wuhan urban agglomeration as example,applied breaking point location and urban economy capability level index to establish its polycentric symbiosis spatial structure and analyzed its polycentric symbiosis mechanism,structure and model,and proposed polycentric coordination symbiosis strategy.
