urban energy planning with time dynamic and space distribution
提出一种创新的城市能源规划方法，同时考虑能源负荷需求的时间动态特性和能源系统的空间分布特性，并整合电力、供热和燃气等能源基础设施的专项规划。
In this paper,an innovative urban energy planning is presented,considering the time dynamic characteristic of energy load demanding and the space distribution characteristic of energy system,integrating the special planning of energy infrastructure of electric power,heating and gas.The simulation and scenario analysis of urban energy system is used and the comprehensive evaluation is conduct in urban energy planning.In the meanwhile,the contents and planning flow of urban energy planning are introduced.
