The Fundamental Way to Increase Farmers' Property Oncome is to Realize Farmers' land Property Interests
本文论证了实现农民土地财产权益是增加其财产性收入的根本途径，提出允许城乡土地产权平等入市、建立统一市场机制，以保障农民分享工业化与城镇化成果。
It is demonstrated in this thesis that in the view of balancing urban and rural development,creating conditions to achieve farmers' land property interests is the fundamental way to increase property income of farmers.Owning complete legal position of land property right is prerequisite and the core is that farmers have the right to deal with or transact the land independently.The fully condition is that farmers' usufruct right on land can be traded and transferred lawfully in the market.Thus,the real 'voluntary,lawful,rewardful' land market transference mechanism in the internal agricultural land trading transference can be formed and transference forms can be innovated and improved continuously.As to the land trading transference form agricultural use to non-agricultural use,It is raised in this thesis that break the current land requisition institution framework,allow urban and rural land property right enter the market equally and under the macro control,with the united urban and rural land market mechanism realize farmers' land property interests and the united of land efficiency and interests equal.Meanwhile,this is an internal and long-standing effective mechanism to increase farmers' property income and share the achievement of industrialization and urbanization with the farmers.
