以杭州为例，分析限制人类活动的环境资源空间特征及其与人口承载力的关系，提出基于环境资源空间特征的人口承载力分布引导思路和控制准则。
The improvement of urban environment will be more concerned in the new century,and creating fine urban environment is primary aspect of future planning and governance.This paper,take Hangzhou city as an example, analyze the spatial character of the environmental resources which restrict human activity and the relationship with population capability,put forward the inducting idea and controlling guideline of population capability's distribution based on the spatial character of environmental resources.
