County Economy Comprehensive Evaluation and Spatial Analysis in Chongqing City Based on Entropy Weight-TOPSIS and GIS
以重庆40个县为例，用熵权TOPSIS和GIS分析2000-2010年县域经济，发现指标权重动态变化、经济极化、空间集聚及东西部差异，1小时经济圈为热点，东南发展快于东北。
Taking case of Chongqing's 40 counties, a comprehensive evaluation system is constructed in three aspects:county economic strength, investment and consumption level, stander of people's affluence. The indexes' weights and county economic development level are evaluated and compared from 2000 to 2010 by entropy weight-TOPSIS, and ESDA is used to analyze spatial variability of county economy based on GIS. The results show that indexes weights are not static, but may change with the development of social economy. Counties economy show polarization state. The county economic development in Chongqing shows a strong trend of spatial correlation, and high value clustering is more significant than low value clustering. There exists an obvious phenomenon ofClub convergencein Chongqing region.The huge spatial discrepancy between eastern and western region has been found by hotspot analysis, and 1 hour economic circle is the hot spot in Chongqing, while economy development levels of the northeast and southeast of Chongqing are lagging. Besides, the southeast regions' development speed is faster than the northeast regions. Finally,according to the existing research results the limitation and improvement method of entropy weight- TOPSIS are discussed in county economy comprehensive evaluation.
