分析了不同类型国家的能源发展战略，总结出资源多样性、高质量能源结构、节约型经济体系和资源经济环境协调发展等四点对江苏的启示。
On the basis of the analysis of energy development strategies in different kinds of countries, this paper obtains the useful inspirations to Jingsu:1)Resource diversity is the starting point of energy strategy. 2)Making energy structure high-quality by fully utilizing the domestic resources and the resources abroad is the core of energy strategy. 3)Establishing the resources-thrift type of national economic system and mode of consume is an important component part of energy strategy. 4)Realizing the coordinate development among resource、economy and environment is the target of energy strategy.
