Status and Causes Analysis of the Spatial Layout of the Real Estate in Beijing
以北京为例，从土地、集聚经济、投入产出、经济基础、社会分化和政府政策角度，分析房地产空间布局变化的动力机制，为相关决策提供参考。
Spatial layout of the real estate market is the choice of the real estate products in the city's in spatial location.Currently,people pay more and more attention to the spatial layout of the real estate,especially in big cities.In this paper,taking Beijing as an example,the author focuses on the dynamic mechanism of the real estate pattern's changes based on the present analysis,from the point of view of the land,the economic effects of agglomeration,input and output of economic activities,economic base,social differentiation and the government's economic policy.The study helps to further analyze the law of evolution of the real estate space layout,and master the internal mechanism of the spatial layout of real estate market and urban economic operation regulation,so as to provide guidance to the relevant decision-making.
