Through the comprehensive planning of Jiaxing city administrative region formulation,it proposes a core ideology and objectives which is building comprehensive network city.To avoid the problems such as duplication,low level of competition,excessive competition,the plan is fully concerned with the development elements of the region.It also analyzes of the important and difficult problems,and puts forward some countermeasures.Finally,to improve the comprehensive planning of city administrative region goals,it should continue to improve urban-rural planning system and the management system of urban-rural planning.
