The Choice of Urban Water Distribution Plan based on Multi-attribute Decision

The plan of rational water distribution in all membership is a key problems should be solved urgently in urban water resources management.The article study the choice of distribution plan by multi-attribute decision.The article proposed that decision-makers set of water resource distribution should be made up of by the city residents,the producers of primary industry,secondary industry and the third industry,as well as the local governments and experts in related fields.At the same time,attribute set should be in the attention to efficiency,environment and fair formed.Finaliy,the article illustrates the forming process of best objective plan through the case analysis.The research conclusion is,by using multi-attribute decision-making method,we can find the best objective solution in distribution plan which takes into account for all memberships benefits.The choice will define the belongings of using rights about urban water resources.
