LABOR FORCE DUALISTIC-STRUCTURE,INDUSTRY INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER BARRIER AND CHINA EXTERNAL POLICY CHOICE
分析了中国劳动力二元结构如何导致产业国际转移出现瓶颈，即本应转向更低梯度国家的产业受阻，并据此提出中国控制对外贸易的战略政策建议。
Industry international transfer means industry transfer from some countries to others.In theory it takes on the law of gradient transference in industry international transition.However,since China has increasingly transferred toward the role of world factory,the process which should transfer from China to lower gradient country has bottlenecked greatly because of the character of labor force dualistic-structure in China.Under the circumstances it is essential that China should properly handle political relations with other lower gradient countries preparing to continue industry transfer.This paper introduces gradient effect in industry international transfer and analyses industry international transfer barrier,i.e.the block phenomenon occur in industry international transfer in China,resulting from labor force dualistic-structure in China.Based on this,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to choice China's strategic policy controlling foreign trade.
