LAND USE PLANNING SYSTEM AND ITS INFLUENCE ON INTEGRATED RURAL DEVELOPMENT IN KOREA
研究了韩国1945年独立以来土地利用规划体系的演变，分析其对农村城市化和农业综合发展的影响，指出中国农村综合发展亟需村级土地利用规划。
The situation of land use as well as agricultural management is much similar to those in China. The author has probed into the evolution history of Korean land use planning system since its independence in 1945. Its characteristics and influences of land use planning onto rural urbanization and integrated agricultural development was analyzed afterwards. With that, the paper comes to its conclusion that rural land use planning at village scale is imperatively needed in the process of integrated rural development in China. The author also hopes that this study can provided some other references, for example, the reform of land tenure system, the development of small township, the protection of farmland, etc., to those areas which are experiencing territory development and urbanization in China.
